Once there lived a kind and lovely girl. After her father's death, her stepmother became cruel to her.Her two step-sisters teased her, asking her to do all the housework. 
(旁白:從前有一位可愛善良的姑娘，她父親很早就去世了。她的繼母經(jīng)常虐待她，繼母帶來的兩個(gè)孩子也經(jīng)常欺負(fù)她，她們把灰姑娘當(dāng)女擁一樣使喚。)

stepmother: Do the laundry and get on with your duties. Clean the floors right away. And what's more,bring me my breakfast. 
(后媽:把這些衣服拿到洗衣房做你的事情。把地板趕快給我擦干凈。另外，把我的早飯帶來。)

sister1: Cinderella! Get me my sweater, I feel a little cold. 
(姐姐1:灰姑娘，把我的衣服拿來，我感到有點(diǎn)冷。 )

sister2: Hurry up! Prepare the carriage for me, hand me my gloves. I'm to be late for my date. You're so, you're always so sluggish.  

(姐姐2:快點(diǎn)！把馬車給我準(zhǔn)備好，遞我手套。我約會(huì)要晚了，你總是那么慢慢騰騰的。)

(旁白：一天，國王要讓王子自己選擇心愛的人，為王子舉辦了一個(gè)宮廷舞會(huì)，邀請(qǐng)城里所有的姑娘參加。)

The stepmother took her two daughters to the party, leaving Cinderella at home, because she was jealous of Cinderella's beauty. 
(旁白：可繼母嫉妒灰姑娘的美貌，讓灰姑娘在家干活，獨(dú)自帶著女兒去了。)

Cinderella was broken heart. At that time, her fairy godmother appeared. 
(旁白：灰姑娘非常地傷心，這時(shí)，教母出現(xiàn)了。)

Cinderella: There's nothing left to believe in. Nothing! 
(灰姑娘:沒有什么我相信的事情，什么也沒有！)

Godmother: Nothing, my dear? Oh, now you don't really mean that. 
(教母:親愛的，什么也沒有嗎？但現(xiàn)在你的意思并不是這樣。)

Cinderella: Oh, but I do.

Cinderella: Oh, my goodness! 
(灰姑娘:噢，天啊！ )

Prince: What's the matter? 
(王子:什么事？)

Cinderella: It's midnight. It's almost midnight. 
(灰姑娘:午夜了，快到午夜了。)

Prince: Yes, so it is.But why? 
(王子:是的，但又怎樣呢？)

Cinderella: Goodbye. 
(灰姑娘:再見。)

Prince: No, no,wait, you can't go now. 
(王子:不，等等，你現(xiàn)在不能走。 )

Prince: But why?

Cinderella: goodbye.

士兵（2）: No, it's not yours; it's too big for you.（再次把鞋子拿開）

士兵（3）:（馬上把鞋子拿走）Oh, please, it couldn't be YOURS. Are there any other girls in this house?

灰姑娘: Good morning, gentlemen, may I try it? （款款走來）

后媽 :You? That’s impossible! （大喊著，做出“快滾”的手勢(shì)）

姐姐1: Look at yourself, PLEASE! （譏笑）

姐姐2: So dirty and so ugly! Please not to waste the solders’ time! （諷刺）

士兵: Oh, ladies, let her try! Prince Edward said that all the young girls should have a try. Here, young girl, try it on, please! （送上鞋）

灰姑娘:（輕輕把腳伸進(jìn)去）Thank you! (試鞋,正好合適)

后媽和兩個(gè)女兒：It couldn’t be Cinderella! It couldn’t be!! Maybe there’s something wrong, sir! （瘋了一樣大叫） 
士兵們: Wonderful! It's yours! It fits for you very well! Pretty queen CINDERELLA!! （歡呼雀躍,接走灰姑娘）

士兵: Highness! We have found the beautiful girl.

王子: Really? That's wonderful! I'll come at once.

教母: My child, happy time is coming. Let me help you the last time. (頃刻間將灰姑娘變美麗)

王子: Oh, my dearest princess, I love you, go with me and be my queen, OK?

灰姑娘:（什么也沒說，點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭，擁抱王子，兩人跑回宮中） 貓、鴿子和狗: Happy forever, Cinderella! We wish you HAPPY FOREVER!! 
后媽和后媽女兒們: How did it happen? It is not true!! (昏倒)

旁白：The story finished. Cinderella found her happiness. She and Prince Edward got married! And that brings us to the end of the play. Thank you and let us wish Cinderella and Edward happy forever!
